Recent ground floor WC renovation.
Full rip out
Full tile, Ceiling cladded, vinyl click floor.
New towel rad, new basin, bidet toilet, boxed in (with access to the filter and isolation on right hand side for easier maintenance).
Door trimmed. Fully sealed.
(Didn't get picture but pipe caps fitted on rad pipes and tiled and trimmed the rear sides of pedestal to hide piping.

Customer was over the moon 😃.

One done a while ago in Blackburn.
Customer rang reporting collapsing shower tray as it had been leaking and rotting the frame for a long time (see pics).
All old shower area was removed
Stud wall was taken down to allow for a larger shower tray.
The plaster board was all water damaged as was some of the stud and the floor joists.
The floor joists where repaired and new noggins were also added.
The stud walls had new studs brunch along side them to straighten the wall as it could take down the other side as it was a bedroom wall. The base stud was also replaced.
The walls were boarded with moisture board and also tanked twice. (Tray was also fitted with a classi seal.
Pvc panels fitted, enclosure fitted and all sealed up.
(Customer was replacing the rear bath panel)
Very happy customer to have their shower back in use and nearly twice the size 😀

Been meaning to sort this at home for ages. Finally went and bought the bricks.
Looks much nicer now. 😄

Bathroom completed last month.
Floor joists required replacing and New cabre flooring
Full re-pipe and pipe lagging.
white marble effect porcelain tile with light grey grout and sealant
Cladded ceiling with down lights.
New tall boy storage.
Wall hung vanity with mains light up mirror above.
Towel rad.
Shower and enclosure.
Toilet.
New floor tiles
New extractor. Etc
One happy customer 😀

A fairly recent Bathroom renovation to a ground floor bathroom.
customer wanted the toilet (old soil hole bricked and new one drilled and plumbed in outside), and the vanity moving and the bath position rotating.
full tile room with vinyl click flooring, new extractor wired and fitted, ceiling boards, full new bathroom suit including tall boy unit.

This was my daughters Bedroom that needed a refresh. After removing the wall paper, I found that the plaster was perished in multiple places, so i decided to take the entire lot off the walls and plasterboard the room. I also removed the ceiling and levelled it and re boarded it.
As the room only had 1 socket, I decided I would extend the ring main and now she has 3 sockets, in prime positions.
The whole room had new boards to all walls and ceiling.
fully plastered
All trims, skirting boards architraves replaced and painted. The window reveal was taken back as to not encroach on the window frame to far.
new window sill.
new dimable down lights.
new curtains and pole.
new carpet.
new radiator.
mist coated and then painted with valspar glitter in the emulsion. Treated her to a new bed and a new chest of drawers.
She loves her new room. Just shelves to add now.

A recent ish Bathroom completed. This was a bit of a challenge as the shower tray had to go on the floor with no raise as she wanted to "future proof" herself.
Behind the bathtub was the boiler and under the bath but above the floor was every pipe for the boiler.
The flow, return, gas feed in, cold feed in, hot feed out and the condensate pipe. Which alm needed to go under the floor.
Ceiling levelled, new stud cupboard for boiler, tanked in bw1, fully tiled, vinyl click flooring, all pipes (rad) chased to wall. 👍🤜🤛

Recent small bathroom completed.
new bathroom suit inc.
shower, shower tray and screen, vanity unit, towel rad (pattress installed behind stud wall), toilet, down lights, and silent extractor.
