This was my daughters Bedroom that needed a refresh. After removing the wall paper, I found that the plaster was perished in multiple places, so i decided to take the entire lot off the walls and plasterboard the room. I also removed the ceiling and levelled it and re boarded it.
As the room only had 1 socket, I decided I would extend the ring main and now she has 3 sockets, in prime positions.
The whole room had new boards to all walls and ceiling.

All trims, skirting boards architraves replaced and painted. The window reveal was taken back as to not encroach on the window frame to far.
new window sill.
new dimable down lights.
new curtains and pole.
new carpet.
new radiator.
mist coated and then painted with valspar glitter in the emulsion. Treated her to a new bed and a new chest of drawers.
She loves her new room. Just shelves to add now.

A recent ish Bathroom completed. This was a bit of a challenge as the shower tray had to go on the floor with no raise as she wanted to "future proof" herself.
Behind the bathtub was the boiler and under the bath but above the floor was every pipe for the boiler.
The flow, return, gas feed in, cold feed in, hot feed out and the condensate pipe. Which alm needed to go under the floor.
Ceiling levelled, new stud cupboard for boiler, tanked in bw1, fully tiled, vinyl click flooring, all pipes (rad) chased to wall. 👍🤜🤛

Recent small bathroom completed.
new bathroom suit inc.
shower, shower tray and screen, vanity unit, towel rad (pattress installed behind stud wall), toilet, down lights, and silent extractor.

Customers tap had leaked and the worktop the sink was fixed to had rotted were it was bolted. Customer bought a new vanity unit and needed it fitting.
She loves her new vanity unit and marble top basin. 👍

Nice little Job on some fascias and dry verges on a Garage and rear extension in Preston.
Would have been nicer for the sun to be out at the end.
A nice finish none the less.
Customer loved it 😁

This is the latest Bathroom I have completed.
Rip out. Pipes all run under floor. Rad and toilet feed chased into walls, New caberboard floor, stud wall built with patress, Fully tiled, new cladded ceiling. New inline extractor wired and installed in attic and core drilled through wall, vinyl click floor layed New bathroom suit fitted. And light and shelf added to towel cupboard.
Customer ecstatic. She loves it 😃, and that's what means everything. 😃

Bathroom done a month or so ago. Unfortunately the customer ordered a vanity unit then changed his mind on it. So couldn't get a pic with the vanity unit fitted. Customer was very happy with the end result.

Old leaking vanity unit and close coupled toilet change.

Recently attended this chimney to Rake out and repoint and sort the flaunching on.
As soon as I got through the first 15mm of pointing the rest inside was loose dust and sand.
The only thing holding this leaking chimney together was the outside 15mm of pointing.
We dismantled the chimney (without a single tool as the brick work was so loose) and rebuilt it with new brick And added a new gas cowl.

Removal of old built in manifold shower and installation of new Bar shower.

Recent W/C room.
Customer had leak for 2 years. Completely rotting his original 100mm floor joists. Cut floor joists and repaired. Dpm in wall. Doubled up and bolted every joist as customer needed extra support.
Rad pipes done twice as customer changed thier mind on radiator (don't you just love it when that happens 😂).
Toilet required boxing out as was a complete closed coupled toilet pan at the back and the mains water was running behind it.
Tiled, vinyl click floor. Smart toilet installed, vanity unit and towel rad. Painting being done by customers son and family.
