Some people begin as next-door neighbours and end up becoming part of your family. ❤️

Derek, George and Jordan have helped Arlene, me and Gutters2Glory more times than we could ever count — or possibly ever repay.

During COVID, when problems with our vans could easily have brought our business to a standstill, they worked together to get us moving again. We will never forget what they did for us during those incredibly difficult times.

💙 Another Community Project Completed 💙

There are some jobs that mean a little bit more… and this was definitely one of them.

We were absolutely delighted to volunteer our time to support two incredible local organisations that make a real difference to our community every single day.

🚿 What we did:

✅ Pressure washed and cleaned KYTHE’s community art container, removing years of dirt, grime and loose paint, leaving it ready for its next colourful transformation.

✅ While we were there, we also pressure washed and cleaned the neighbouring container used by Kinross-shire Trishaws & Community Cycling.

✅ Cleared heavy mud from several parking spaces, helping make the area cleaner, safer and more accessible for everyone.

Today we had the absolute pleasure of presenting our Muffin of the Week Award to the fantastic team at Kinross Recycling Centre. 🧁👏

Sometimes the people who make the biggest difference are the ones we take for granted.

Every single visit, you’re greeted with a smile, a friendly face and someone who’s happy to help. Whether you’re a first-time visitor with no idea which skip to use, an elderly resident needing a hand, or someone unloading a van full of rubbish after a big clear-out, the staff are always polite, patient and genuinely helpful.

These are the people who keep our community running behind the scenes, often without the recognition they deserve.

👏 Perth and Kinross Council should be incredibly proud of this team.
