‼️ Just a little reminder about illness ‼️

If you or anyone in your household is unwell, PLEASE let us know so we can cancel/reschedule your clean!

We fully understand that illness happens, and we will not charge you for cancelling for this reason.

This is to protect us, as well as our other clients! Some of which, are very vulnerable!

We have some of the team down just now with illness, and although it can’t be helped at this time of year, we do everything we can to try and prevent it.

Please, please, PLEASE! Let us know about any illness in the household before we arrive!

Moving forward, if we arrive to your clean and someone is unwell, we will not complete the clean and will charge the full payment.

We have said this before, and will say it again!!

You get what you pay for…

If you are looking for a cheap cleaner, you need to expect that parts of your home will be “missed”, something broken or damaged may not be covered by insurance (because they may not have it), they may be using the money made as a ”top up” to the money they already bring in… therefor the care level is not the same… the list is endless!

We appreciate that our prices are not the lowest of the bunch but that’s because we have:

Insurances to pay
Tax and national insurance contributions
Vehicles to maintain
Equipment to maintain
Products to pay for
Business advisors/Coaches to pay for
Accountant to pay for
Plus lots more…

When you take all this in to consideration, as well as the rate of inflation, you will realise that our prices are very reasonable.

And all you need to do is have a look at our recent feedback post for confirmation of the work we do, and care and attention that we pay to your home 😊😊
