Due to the rising cost of living, including increases in fuel and other expenses, I’ve unfortunately had to make the difficult decision to raise my prices. This isn’t something I’ve decided overnight — the continued rise in costs has been on my mind for quite some time, and it’s taken a lot of consideration to come to this decision.

I’m really sorry for any inconvenience this may cause, but it’s no longer possible for me to continue operating at my current rates given the ongoing increases. I truly appreciate your understanding and continued support.

Dear customers
Due to this issue occurring multiple times, we will no longer be emptying bins that do not have a liner/bag in them or that contain sanitary products or used condoms.

While we understand that part of our role as cleaners is to empty bins, it is not acceptable to leave them in this condition. We are entitled to work in an environment where basic respect and hygiene standards are maintained. We are confident that you would not leave bins like this yourselves, so we kindly ask that you show the same consideration to our team.

Going forward, any bins found without bags or containing inappropriate waste will be left unemptied.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain a clean and respectful environment for everyone.
