Probably one of the worst jobs we’ve had to deal with!
We advised these carpets needed to be replaced, underlay pulled up and sub flooring scrubbed. however funding wasn’t available for this so the new tenant asked us to do our best.
Previous tenants had 6 dogs! By the looks of it left them in the house. 3 bedrooms, landing and stairs all in this condition. Every square inch covered in dog urine! These carpets will never be perfect, and will be replaced eventually. It’s been a hard graft on this one, around 300l of dirty water emptied from these carpets giving them the best chance to smell and look better. Urine neutralised, extracted and deodoriser. We definitely like a challenge but this one 🤢 anyway off for a shower 🤣🤣
