lthough we use high quality products and machinery, we cannot always guarantee that all stains will be removed. This will be discussed with the customer prior to the clean being undertaken. All commerical enquiries will require an on-site visit to provide an accurate quote. Payment must be made on the day the work is carried out, unless discussed prior to the work being carried out. Drying times on carpet/upholstery will vary depending on factors such as the weather, heating, ventilation etc. We personally recommend that ovens are not used for at least an hour after cleaning.
