Our carpet repair specalist Rob Reeve managed to repair this carpet to prevent the carpet being replaced.

The client in Red Lodge, Suffolk had attempted to repair the carpet after watching some YouTube videos on but was not happy with the results.

3 carpet fitters assessed and advised replacement was the only route.

They researched Carpet Repair services in Suffolk and came across reviews and photos from previous carpet burn repairs that our Carpet Repair specalist Rob Reeve had completed before, and booked in.

I had the honor of putting a Stanley blade to this carpet after an attempted stain removal by the client unfortunately destroyed the texture and appearance meaning replacement, or repair!

After the repair was completed, the words "magician" were used to describe the finish and has saved our client upheaval, stress, financial loss and this beautiful carpet going to landfill!

The early warning signs are usually there months before — you just need to know what to look for.

Traffic lanes forming, fibres starting to wear, or areas that are holding onto more soil than they should can all be signs that carpets need attention before the problem becomes bigger (and more expensive).

Around this time of year, Rob often helps facilities managers assess carpets and plan maintenance ahead of the busier months. A simple check now can often extend the life of the carpet and avoid the need for replacement later.
