Had a call from a customer saying that their downpipe was blocked. When I got to the property and the customer explained what was going on it was obvious there was a blockage in the pipe and I had a good look in the water bottle to see it was very dry so I took a pun and told him where it was blocked and I was correct after a quick 15 minute fix pipe was all working and the water butt was filling up after a water test

Job in Colchester.
After taking a few weeks off due to the extreme hot weather we started back with a job in Colchester. They had multiple leaks coming from the gutters when it last drained. If we can remember when that was LOL upon inspection eight out of the nine pipes were blocked like in the picture This was causing the water to fill up in the gutters and come over the sides. Once we cleared all the pipes we water tested and made sure they were draining away fine we also checked all the other gutters and cleaned just to make sure everything was ready for the next downpour whenever that may be.
