policy -
50% is required to be paid upon booking to which the following 50% will be paid by the customer, upon completion of the appointment. My cancellation policy -
50% payment if you cancel 48 hours before booked appointment
100% payment if you cancel 24 hours before booked appointment!

i’m thinking about doing loyalty cards and i have a couple ideas-

‘earn a sticker for every friend/family referral’
‘earn a sticker if you like, share and comment on five posts’
‘earn a sticker for every deep clean booked’

the end prize will be 20% off of your next clean once all stickers have been collected!

do you like these ideas or would you have different ones? if so, please do mention below in the comments what you’d like to have as an incentive to get stickers to then get 20% off!!

so the other day i had someone message me in regards to eco-friendly cleaning products!

if i were to purchase the products, would anyone be interested in being a tester customer?
to see how well the products work in relation to products that do have chemicals in, to see how well it gets rid of hard limescale and to also see how well the smells linger! i know i’m able to do this on my own home but i’d like a few different cleans to see how affective they all really are!

i added my grandparents to my cleaning schedule and i’m really happy about this as it means i can spend more time with them after cleaning for them!🥰

my regular/standard clean prices are £15p/h
my deep clean prices are £25p/h
builders cleans are £30p/h
end of tenancy cleans are £40p/h
