Our team recently carried out overnight cleaning of 11 trolley bays at an ASDA store, using our MJE25 cherry picker and hot pressure washing system to safely reach and clean the structures.

Working at night allowed the job to be completed without disrupting customers or store operations, leaving the bays clean and ready for the next day.

For Facilities Managers and retail property teams, maintaining high-traffic external areas like trolley bays helps keep sites safe, presentable, and operating smoothly.

My CLEAN team here delivery another clean to a data hall roof which we have done for several years.

For those of you that have no data hall experience these facilities are extremely sensitive. Under this roof there are 10’s of millions in IT servers and equipment so even travelling up and through the building is heavily restricted and monitored due to the risks of air born contamination entering the building.

The project was -

✅ Perfectly planned.
✅ On time, as per our schedule of works.
✅ On budget with zero issues and signed off with no snagging items required.

All very positive except we’ve just been informed we’ve lost the contract and have been replaced by another contractor who is 50% cheaper 🤯

I despair sometimes at whoever makes these decisions.

And yes, I understand that the client may come back when the new contractor c***s it up.

But the uncomfortable question is ……. Why would you want the client back 🤔

We were back in Piccadilly for a 2am start, carrying out a full clean on the LG digital sign in the heart of London.

Using the MJE25 at full stretch, the team worked through the early hours to reach every section safely and efficiently. Jobs like this come with tight timeframes and high expectations, especially in one of the most recognised locations in the country.

As we come out of our best year in business and with October 2025 being our best ever trading month it feels strange to now just be coming out of our worst 3 consecutive months in business 🤨

How you can go from such a high to a crashing low overnight is something we’re still trying to understand.

The stress has been huge and a reminder that you may think you’re in control but your not !!

As we work through February the work now is starting to pick up with plenty of enquiries coming in so we must try to remain positive, focused and have belief that the last 3 months is just an unusual blip in our push forward.

Whilst so much of our success is attributed to the C.L.E.A.N team we have to acknowledge that there's so many other working parts to our operations working with various service partners 🙏🏼

I would like to thank Christian Sloane who we've worked in partnership with for the last 6 years developing our roof cleaning service 👌🏼

I wish him all the best with his new ventures 🙌🏻

I'd like to welcome aboard Jack Pemberton. A new collaboration starting on 1st March which looks to be an exciting partnership where new ideas on our Facebook marketing campaigns are already being planned.

Mervyn Booth and his team for his continued support building our website, managing our SEO, monthly newsletters, case studies and blogs.

Sam Allsop who we've now been working with for 3 years who has done an outstanding job managing our Google presence. We have further plans to expand on this over the coming month which I think is going to be a game changer for the residential side of the business 💥💥💥

Heather Williams who takes care of all our social media content across various platforms and does an outstanding job having to deal with my challenges of getting content when she needs it 🤦🏼‍♂️

Then of course there are our equipment & chemical suppliers, mechanics and engineers that keep the fleet moving, waste management and IT support ……. the list goes on !!!

Today this is a shout out to everybody who's involved in the C.L.E.A.N operation and just how much I appreciate your continued support.

There’s early morning window cleaning …….. and then there’s “ HOLY MOTHER OF MARY “ my eyes are bleeding early 🫩

Our clients love clean windows but they don’t necessarily like seeing them being cleaned so onsite for a 3am start carrying out the reach and wash to the side elevation at King Cross station.

Working in partnership with a long standing client of ours we resolved some quality issues delivered by the old contractor.

This was previously done on an annual basis but the reach and wash method was never designed to be used so infrequently.

We suggested the client stepped up their budget and have this carried out 4 times a year.

You don't always need to redesign the wheel or come up with some ridiculously elaborate solution.

Keep it simple ✅
