So proud to say two of our teams have been nominated for Heroes of Retail Risk Awards 2026.

We love taking every opportunity we can to recognise the incredible efforts our Security team go to to keep the people they serve safe, and to know that one of our Security Supervisors and our team of Street Ambassadors are being celebrated nationally for what they do makes us very, very proud.

Last month, Sharon and Kelly attended a fundraising event organised by a long-term friend and customer of Fallow for over 30 years - Paul Perry.

He is walking the Camino de Santiago (500 miles) to raise £3,000 to share between Royal British Veterans Enterprise and The Eikon Charity.

It was a great event and we are delighted to support a fantastic fundraising effort for two very worthwhile charities.

Today marks the beginning of Mental Health Awareness Week 2026, with this year's focus being on taking action; be that for yourself, for someone else, or for all of us.

With approximately 1 in 4 people experiencing a mental health problem each year, and 1 in 5 people reporting a common condition like anxiety or depression weekly, it is important that we all play our part in not only raising awareness but also making real change.

This is especially important in the workplace, which is why we have taken a very proactive approach; we provide our entire Fallow Family with access to our mental health trained Head Office team members, as well as having free access to an Independent Counsellor. We also include a section on mental health in our newsletters, focusing on a different topic each month.

By doing this, we are trying to support all of our staff and in turn help them to be a productive, engaged, and resilient workforce.

At Fallow Management, we are proud to give every member of staff a paid day each year to volunteer within a charity that is close to their heart.

Last month, two members of our Head Office team used their paid volunteering day to work with the Royal British Veterans Enterprise Lifeworks programme; they conducted mock interviews to support veterans learn skills to help them secure success at interviews.

RBVE and Lifeworks have close connections to Fallow Management, as our founders (Tracey and Sharon's parents) were both former serving members of the Army, and many members of our wider team have military backgrounds. We understand that the transition to civilian life can bring real challenges - and no veteran should face those alone.

That is how much commercial space our team keeps clean, safe and protected every single day.

It is a big number, but what does it actually mean in practice?

It means our cleaning teams working continuously to ensure corridors, floors, public toilets, entranceways are clean and safe, and that all bins are emptied regularly.

It means our security officers are keeping shopping centre visitors safe, public spaces welcoming and safe, and ensure that transport hubs run smoothly and securely.

The results are in!

We are very proud to reveal that our 2026 Employee Survey has demonstrated a consistently strong workplace culture with engagement, trust in leadership and team relationships all scoring above 90%.

Feedback is essential for any business in order for it to grow and ensure that it continuously supports its staff. We strongly believe in having a stable, supportive and inclusive environment where every team member feels valued and heard.

This year's survey results are a testament to the hard work and dedication of our entire Fallow Family in fostering such an atmosphere.

Our beloved holiday home "All-Fallows" at Haven, Allhallows is open for the 2026 season!

The concept of the 'Fallow Family' runs at the heart of everything we do, which is why we are so proud to be able to offer our holiday home to our staff to make use of throughout the year.

Based on the Kent coast, the park has plenty to keep the whole family entertained, including an Adventure Village, JD Wetherspoons, a bar and event space, as well as being situated by the beach, with a new pool complex opening soon!

It's the perfect place for our staff to have a break and make special memories with their loved ones, whilst also feeling valued and supported by the Fallow Family.

We are delighted to announce that Tracey and Sharon have been chosen as Finalists in the National Business Women's Awards 2026 for Employer of the Year!

For this category the judges want to know how an employer looks after their employees, so that they can take care of the business. Having been in business for almost 40 years, this concept has always been a key consideration at Fallow; our staff members are part of our 'Fallow Family'.

Our employees operate in high-pressure settings, such as shopping centres, transport hubs and corporate sites, so we understand that our people are the face and heartbeat of every contract.
