Our T33 today showing why she’s an absolute weapon on the roof cleaning.

A fairly large roof with a full height separate double garage all cleaned and treated from a single working position.

This would have been 7 moves using a mobile tower like 95% of our roof cleaning competitors use but our T33 makes these challenging properties simple.

Today is a great day as we took delivery of another van.

Today we added what will be our 3rd external cleaning vehicle that will be solely focusing on our residential push.

We have scaled our residential side of the business from 1 van part time to 3 vans almost full time in 8 short weeks.

The right people within the business doing the right jobs, making clever decisions with our strategy backed up by a great team doing the work everyday.

We welcome Jack Lowman into our C.L.E.A.N Team also and we’re confident he’s going to be a great addition.

We’ve exceeded our short term expectations but we still have a way to go to reach our long terms goals.

Now to get the new van pack system installed and get her dressed in the company colours.

Great to get back to this project today to get the drone up and get the after shots of this stunning property and grounds in Canterbury.

Full estate cleaned although under strict instructions from the client that NO chemical were to be used on any ground or floor areas.

✅ Huge tarmac entrance and driveway
cleaned.
✅ Roof cleaned and treated.
✅ Stones removed from front entrance flat roof
and replaced.
✅ Full estate pathways cleaned to koi ponds,
swimming pool area and estate steps.
✅ Boundary walls steam cleaned.

Our MZ25 is becoming a bit of a star ⭐️

Super popular and becoming more and more in demand by our working partners and clients.

Booked out for 3 days last week for Christopher Cloke with a working operator.

Our Jordan Tanton assisting with safe access, steam cleaning to stonework and some roof cleaning on the 3rd day.

Yup that’s right …… I think I need another cherry picker …. Or 2 😉

A challenging roof clean due to limited access which tested our T33 at maximum outreach.

Large roof and double sided quadruple garage cleaned and treated.

Hard work this one but the clients reaction made every bit of the struggle worth it.

Today we celebrate a WIN !!

Our residential services push continue to grow and build momentum.

Nigel coming into the business is slowly transforming C.L.E.A.N and Kent Roof Care with a huge amount of work going on behind the scenes improving our operations, sales and business development.

We’re starting to win residential work on a daily basis which for a commercial cleaning company hasn’t been an easy transition to achieve.

I had a 6 month goal to win £30k of residential work in 1 month.

Today we smashed that with £32k confirmed and we did this in Nigel’s first 4 weeks in the business.

When Nigel came onboard we gave ourselves a simple one word mission statement !!

A new dynamic arrives at C.L.E.A.N CCS.

It comes with great pleasure that I can announce the arrival of Nigel into our C.L.E.A.N Team.

Nigel will be taking up the role of Operations Director for our residential side of the business. He brings a wealth of experience, which incudes over 30 years in retail management, customer service and project management. We are excited to be bringing him into the team and utilise his skills to not only review and improve on existing operational performance, but also to determine and implement new strategies that will hopefully see C.L.E.A.N CCS and Kent Roof Care grow over the coming years.
