This is the bit nobody sees when an insurance job lands with us... 📋

Before the washing machines start spinning and the steamers come out, every single item needs to be accounted for.

So while everyone else is surrounded by bags, rails and laundry, Kayleigh gets the glamorous job of sorting the inventory 😂

Item by item, everything is logged and organised so we know exactly what has come in, what's being cleaned and what needs to go back.

There's a LOT more behind an insurance laundry job than simply chucking a load in the washer!

This is your reminder that clothes don't magically steam themselves... unfortunately 😂

Every rail starts out looking like this.

Then it's steam, hang, check, bag, repeat.

Hours later, every item is ready to head back looking its best.

It's strangely satisfying... even if our arms don't always agree!

You can always tell when an insurance job has arrived... 👀

The bags get bigger.

The pile gets higher.

And suddenly everyone starts wondering where we're going to put it all! 😂

But behind every bag is someone who's had a stressful few days and just wants one less thing to worry about.

That's where we come in.

We carefully wash, dry, iron and organise every item, treating it with the same care we'd want for our own belongings, so when it's time for everything to go home, it's clean, fresh and one step closer to life getting back to normal.

It's a big job but we wouldn't have it any other way 💜

From the outside, it's just a few bags of laundry.

To us?

It's towels for tomorrow's Airbnb guests, bedding ready for a family holiday, uniforms needed for Monday morning and someone's never-ending washing pile finally under control.

The machines don't stop for long around here, and neither do we.

One load out... another one straight in.

It's busy, it's a little chaotic, but we genuinely love seeing every bag leave cleaner, fresher and ready to head home.

The mountain of laundry never lasts... but it always keeps us on our toes 🧺😂

One minute the ironing table is clear.

The next, it's covered in bedding, towels, clothes and "just one more bag" that somehow turned into five.

It's organised chaos, and we wouldn't have it any other way.

Every pile you see here is another family, another business or another Airbnb trusting us to take one more job off their to-do list.

One item at a time, we get it sorted... and before long, every pile has disappeared.

The ironing boards were switched off.

The phones were ignored.

The work van stayed parked.

And Kayleigh and I headed across the border into Scotland for a well-earned day off to see Luke Combs 🤠🎶

Running a business can easily become seven days a week if you let it, but we've learned that taking time to recharge is just as important as working hard.

The laundry was still there when we got back but so were the memories.

Safe to say we were singing all the way home! 💙

It's not just homes.

It's not just laundry.

And it's definitely not just one type of job.

This week, I swapped the laundry for a camper van! 🚐✨

From family adventures to weekend getaways, camper vans see a lot of life... which also means they collect plenty of dust, crumbs, muddy footprints and everything in between.

There's something really satisfying about taking a space that's been well-loved and getting it fresh, clean and ready for its next adventure.

POV: The insurance job is finally finished 😂

After days of sorting, cleaning, laundering, ironing, organising and making sure every single item was ready to go back where it belongs... this was the mood.

Sometimes people only see the collection and the delivery.

They don't see the hours behind the scenes, the problem-solving, the teamwork or the sheer amount of work that goes into getting everything back to our clients in perfect condition.

So yes... we think Kayleigh earned five minutes on the ironing table. (Don't worry... no ironing boards were harmed in the making of this photo! 😅)

Cleaning isn't just what happens inside the home.

Sometimes it's everything around it too.

When we visit our regular clients, we notice the little things. A garden that's become difficult to keep on top of. Planters that have been left empty because life has simply got too busy. Jobs that keep getting pushed further down the list.

This year, one of our lovely clients mentioned she hadn't had time to plant her summer flowers, so we decided to help.

While we were there taking care of the cleaning, we picked up some plants and transformed her planters into something she could enjoy every single day.
