Final clean up at Ladram bay this afternoon;; ending an 8th year up there 💪 thank you to all of my wonderful customers for your continued support 🥰🥰

14/09/2026

After what has been a very busy summer,, I would like to thank my customers for their continued support💪it was sadly my brothers first anniversary on 10th of September since his passing💔
I’ve received messages & emails in that time but I didnt reply straight away, but I have replied to everyone now I think 😂 ,trying to run a business & have 3 children on your own, while grieving has been very challenging but I’m feeling positive about going into the next year, and my brother would want me to keep smashing it as always 💪 This has been total services 8th year between Devon cliffs, Ladram bay & castle break. These pics were taken on Friday of a birthday package put together by me after requests made by guests & owners, so when they arrived they could start there birthday celebrations 🥳🍾
Now taking bookings for deep cleans for 2027 be sure to book quick as spaces fill up very fast.
NOW FOR ANY DEEP CLEAN BOOKED YOU CAN HAVE A FREE CARPET CLEAN OF A ROOM OF YOUR CHOICE 🥳🎉
It’s a new carpet cleaner so I’m having a play around with it, hence the offer of a free carpet clean 😂

Only a few pics of what has been a very busy bank holiday weekend, juggling being a parent over the summer holidays is difficult, but I get through it every year, with the help of my lovely staff ☺️ this will be my 8th year cleaning caravans with Total services but 18 years with Effex cleaning 🧼

Do any of my lovely customers know how I would go about getting an evening entertainment pass for next Saturday evening for myself and my two children? Xx

Walking into this after only being cleaned on Friday was not ok,, luckily the total services team did such a great job the next guests wouldn’t of known a thing;; so disheartening for the owners who put a lot of effort into getting there vans ready for guests 😡

We really do have out work cut out for us,, just a reminder to please ask guests to remove all food,, I know sometimes they think by leaving things it will help for the next guest but I’m not quite sure I would like a black banana on arrival 😂😂 also please let us know if you have dogs so we can allow for extra time, dog hair gets in everywhere as you can see from the pics 🤢 and can have a massive delay on the day and can stop guests entering there caravans at there allocated times..
But I do hope you are all enjoying the sunshine, and thank you to all of my customers for your continued support,,
Happy summer holidays ☺️☺️
Love from Kirsty & total services ❤️

Another beautiful day up at Ladram today 😍🌞 I get asked all the time about food places etc so thought I would mention a few places where I love to go, Spoken Exmouth does tapas and cocktails, I love there dirty fries, and also the queen vic Exmouth does an amazing carvery,, this weekend we also have Exmouth pride on in manor gardens,, they are all situated in the strand. 😊

*polite notice*
Dates 22nd may-25th may is my 40th birthday weekend 🥰🥳 I have a number of cleans booked in already which is absolutely fine and staff have it covered,, but I will NOT be taking on any new bookings for those dates to allow me to have some celebrations with my family 🥰 I have cleaned caravans for 7 years now and in that time I have worked every bank holiday; & every school holidays with no holiday in that time for myself, so I will be taking the time off to do some celebrating 🥳 thank you ☺️ ###
