Here at JLS we are proud to support Cancer Research UK.
Amanda is one of our team members she is taking part in the challenge of 100 squats a day through November to raise money for this great charity.
She's off, dragged the children in for support.... first 100 done today (I'm sure she's done more if she counts the squats she does in her client's homes under the sofas and skirting boards). Keep up the good work!! 💪💙
