Small job for us today. Very disabled guy just spent 5 months in hospital. Came back to his flat to find pigeons have been nesting on his balcony. This creates a risk from pathogens such as psittacosis and a slip hazard as well as being unpleasant.
We cleaned, sanitised and spiked the balcony. He can now get back on to the balcony and enjoy the view.

Rat job for local authority near a public walkway. The job had to be restarted after constant vandalism. Now using metal boxes with 2mm wire rope secured with crimps. Hopefully people will begin to understand that constantly feeding the squirrels and pigeons will invite a massive rat infestation and the risk of disease such as leptospirosis
