We are absolutely delighted and incredibly proud to announce that Tae A Moose Pest Control Services Ltd has once again been named Pest Control Company of the Year at the Scotland Prestige Awards!

That’s FOUR consecutive years of being recognised for the hard work, dedication and commitment we put into our little family-run business! ❤️

🏆🏆Multi Award Winners🏆🏆

When we started Tae A Moose, we wanted to build a business that people could trust. One that offered honest advice, professional service and genuinely cared about its customers.

To be recognised for what we do, not just once but FOUR years in a row, really does mean the world to us! 🥹

Of course, none of this would be possible without our fantastic team, Brian, Vikki, Mia, Craig & Marc
who work tirelessly behind the scenes and out on the road, and our wonderful customers who continue to support us, recommend us and trust us in their homes and businesses.

From the bottom of our hearts, THANK YOU! ❤️

We’re incredibly proud of how far our wee Scottish family business has come, and we’re certainly not stopping here!

Here’s to another year of keeping Edinburgh and the Lothians pest free! 🐭🐝

Wee, sleekit, cow'rin, tim'rous beastie... and it's looking for somewhere warm to spend the winter. 🐭
As the temperature drops across Edinburgh and the Lothians, mice and rats start moving indoors. Lofts, kitchens, under floors, garages and sheds are all favourites.
Heard scratching at night? Found droppings in a cupboard? Don't wait for it to get worse.
Tae A Moose deals with rodents in homes and businesses across Edinburgh & the Lothians.

🕷️ WHEN THE SPIDER BECOMES THE PEST CONTROLLER! 🐝

Looks like we’ve got some competition… 😂

Caught this spider taking matters into its own hands and taking down a wasp! Nature really is brutal sometimes. 👀

Think we’ll stick to our usual methods at Tae A Moose Pest Control though! 😂

🚨 IMPORTANT REMINDER 🚨

From today (1st July), it is now a criminal offence to use, supply, or possess a glue trap for use on vertebrate animals in Scotland.
Anyone found breaking the law could face:

❌ A fine of up to £40,000
❌ Up to 12 months in prison
❌ Or both.

Glue traps (also known as sticky boards) cause immense suffering. Animals caught on them can remain trapped for hours or even days, often dying from exhaustion, dehydration, starvation, or severe injuries as they struggle to escape.

At Tae A Moose Pest Control, we fully support humane, responsible, and professional pest management. There are safer and more effective methods available, and we’re always happy to offer advice on the best solution for your pest problem.

Please share this post to help spread awareness. Many people may still be unaware that the law has changed.
