🚨 “We’ve got hundreds of wasps coming into our bathroom!” 🚨

That was the call we received from a worried customer after wasps kept appearing inside their home.

Our inspection quickly revealed they were entering through the bathroom extractor fan. 🐝

After checking the outside of the property, we could see wasps flying in and out of the external vent—clear evidence that the nest was somewhere in the extractor ducting.

A look in the loft confirmed it. The wasps had built a large nest inside the flexible duct connecting the bathroom extractor fan to the outside vent.

✅ Duct disconnected
✅ Nest treated
✅ Nest removed
✅ Duct reconnected

Problem solved, and no more unwanted visitors in the bathroom! 👌

🐦 Another commercial pigeon guano clearance completed.

This commercial unit was undergoing renovation before its new tenants move in, but years of pigeon activity had left the rear courtyard and fire escape stairs heavily contaminated, creating a health and safety risk and preventing work from continuing safely.

This bird box had become home to a different flying creature 🐝

The home owner had reported seeing a hornet repeatedly entering, which had nested inside.
Although only small at this time of year, this would have continued to grow over the summer, becoming more protective & aggressive as it develops.

The nest was killed, removed & bird box put back into together which would be safe for the correct next tenants 🕊️
