We are deeply saddened by the devastating incident at Highlands Farm.

Our thoughts are with everyone affected, including the neighbouring businesses, local residents and families whose homes and livelihoods have been impacted.

We are incredibly grateful to the emergency services who continue to manage a dangerous and difficult situation.

The site remains closed, and people are being asked to stay away while the area is made safe.

Careclean Essex is based on the site, so we may experience some disruption while access remains restricted.

We kindly ask our customers to bear with us, and we will contact anyone affected by appointmenti changes as soon as we have clearer information.

🕯️ Candle wax on the carpet can look alarming, but acting too quickly may spread it further or damage the fibres.

The safest first step is to let the wax cool completely, then gently lift away what you can.

Rubbing, hot water and too much heat can make the mark harder to treat, especially if the candle contains dye or fragrance oils.
