Blue skies and a productive day on-site for the team ☀️

Our in-house Muller Recycler Jetting Unit, Mainline CCTV Rig and Porta Reel working in partnership on a current project involving CCTV & Jetting works of over 250 metres of DN750 Storm Water Pipework, found to be 50% silted.

A great example of the capability of our in-house equipment and team!

And just like that, another successful and memorable year at the South Suffolk Show 2026 has come to a close.

While the weather may not have been on our side, it certainly didn’t dampen the atmosphere. We had a fantastic day filled with valuable conversations, welcoming both existing and prospective customers to our stand.

We’ve recently made a significant investment in specialist water jetting PPE for our team, supplied by TST and sourced through UK Distributor Calder. Our team are now equipped with the following industry leading protection:

- Hi viz Water Jetting Jacket, Trousers and Vest (protection up to 500 bar).
- Water Jetting Helmet (protection up to 3000 bar).
- Water Jetting Gloves (protection up to 500 bar).
- Jetting Boots (protection up to 500 bar).

The risks associated with high pressure water jetting are well known in the drainage industry. This investment is another step towards safeguarding our team and reinforcing our commitment to safety and quality.

A big thank you to Shaun, one of our Muller Operators for kindly offering his professional modelling skills to show off our new TST PPE.

Our CCTV and jetting team have been busy carrying out descaling works of a DN300 pipe heavily impacted with scale. We utilised our Warthog Jetting Bomb and Chain Flails on our Muller Recycler Jetting Unit to remove the hardened scale.

During the works our team identified a defect in the pipework which halted CCTV and jetting works. We deployed our UV Lining Rig same day to install a DN300 emergency patch repair to cover the defect and enable works to continue at a later date.

Our Jetting and Service Teams joined forces this week to carry out a deep clean of a Foul Water Pump Chamber impacted with a heavy build up of Fat, Oil & Grease (FOG).

We deployed one of our Muller Recycler Jetting Units to utilise its deep lift jetting capabilities to cleanse the Chamber followed by re-priming of the Pumps by our in house service team. Swipe to see the after photos 📸

Successful completion of another milestone UV lining project for the Cargate Team!

- Installation of 260 metres of DN225 Magmaflex complete with patches either end to various Surface Water Lines impacted with displaced joints and root ingress.
- Pre & post CCTV survey’s.
- Pre jetting works to clean the pipework prior to installation of the liners.
- Bulk tanker onsite supplying water to feed our Jetting Unit due to perforated pipes.

A massive well done to our team involved with this project which involved a number of moving parts and extremely tight deadlines!
