‼️Running a cleaning business is about so much more than just cleaning.
Many people only see the hourly rate, but they don’t see what goes into it. From fuel, insurance, taxes, cleaning products, equipment, travel time, and admin work behind the scenes, a large part of that hourly rate is already spoken for.
Cleaning is also physically demanding. We spend hours lifting, bending, scrubbing, carrying equipment, and working hard to leave every home or business looking its best. We genuinely care about the work we do.
Sometimes we’re given a very long list of tasks with very little time to complete them. We always do our absolute best, but we’re not magicians—we’re human. Just like everyone else, we can occasionally miss a tiny crumb or a little bit of dust. That doesn’t mean we don’t care or won’t make it right. If we make a mistake, we own it and fix it.
We kindly ask for a little understanding and appreciation. Behind every clean is a hardworking person doing their best, often with tight schedules and demanding workloads.
