18months of the pandemic have created many debts, many friends and family are out of work, a high rise in mental health and depression, jobless and tens of thousands of businesses are out of business.
If the company you work in continues, without pay reduction or dismissal, treat it well.
We face a pandemic that cannot be controlled. 2021 is about survival. Leave aside daily complaints, gossiping and stop moaning. Be grateful and responsible for what you have and look after each other and the communities we live in. Understand that people are all going through something through this.

We are hiring! We have a number of roles available at present, from part time to full time, field based as well as single client based work available.

Pristine Cleaning Specialists are seeking Cleaning Operatives to join our growing team based in Hamilton but working in the field. Currently we have positions available with part-time or full-time hours. Experience is desirable however, we will give each new employee comprehensive training to maintain our very high standards. You must have a full UK driving license, vehicles will be provided though so you won’t need to use your own, you will also be physically fit as the job can be quite demanding.

Uniforms will be provided to successful candidates as will all PPE; like all businesses we have had to adapt to the current climate and have made industry leading changes to protect both our staff and our clientele.

As a Cleaning Operative you must ensure that areas are cleaned to a very high standard following the processes you will be taught, maintain Health & Safety standards at all times and offer great customer service, to our clients. You will also be required to pass a

Role Duties:

• Providing the highest level of cleaning service in line with the clients’ specifications;
• Responding positively, politely and promptly to all customer requirements and carry out your duties in a professional and courteous manner;
• Providing a range of general cleaning services including: offices, warehouses, factories, homes (all areas indoors), and others as they arise;
• Ensuring all equipment is maintained prior to and after use;
• Topping up cleaning chemicals after use;
• Storing of equipment/chemicals correctly;
• Making yourself familiar with and follow all company procedures and regulations;
• Participating in the Health and Safety Policy of the company and report any dangers, near misses or hazards you encounter to your immediate Line Manager.

Essential Qualities / Experience

• Exceptional customer service skills;
• Strong attention to detail;
• Ability to work independently and use own initiative;
• Be reliable
• Full UK driving license.

Desirable Qualities / Experience

• Previous work experience in a cleaning position;
• Supervisory / Management experience (any sector);
• A passion for cleaning;
• A positive attitude;
• Team player;
• Process driven.
