The customer arrived with scratches on the rear passenger door, including one seriously deep mark. On the first visit, we flattened the worst scratch, polished the area, and made a huge improvement straight away.

After talking through all the options, the customer chose the Elite Build Deal, and wow did it deliver.

We went back in for round two:
- Further work on the deep scratch
- Careful touch‑up
- More sanding
- More polishing

And just like that… what scratch?
The improvement was night and day.
