There’s a few things I’d like to address going forward.

1. Any cancellations or booking changes MUST be made via this page only and not directly with your cleaner.

2. If you need to cancel your clean we NEED at least 24hrs notice or FULL charge of your clean is due. This stands for all clients.

3. All homes must be in a suitable condition before we can carry out a clean at your home. We do have the right to leave a home at anytime. Having your home as tidy and clutter free is a MUST for us. We do a general tidy ie sorting beds, sofas, opening curtains etc but we don’t have time to fully tidy and clean in a 2hr cleaning slot.

4. If anyone in your home is unwell or has a contagious illness please cancel your clean in advance. We all have our own families and it’s unsafe for us to be around people who are sick then go home to our own families.

5. All dirty / used sanitary products MUST be disposed of before we arrive. Having stuff like this lying around for cleaners to bin is completely unacceptable. This goes for dirty underwear etc too. Please have all dirty washing away before arrival.

6. If you book a general cleaning slot, your home will NOT be deep cleaned. This is a completely separate clean. What’s included in your general clean is stated well in advance before booking with us.

7. Book the correct amount of hours to suit your home. Booking a 2hr slot for a 4bed 3bathroom home is totally impossible for us to complete. We do advise this on booking.

8. If you book us for a regular weekly or fortnightly a lot it’s not our job to remind you before each visit when we are due. Days and times won’t change. If we can’t get access, full payment is due.

Please note we do our absolute upmost to do our best in the time given in your home. Please respect your cleaner 🫧
