Our Catering Team at Airbus, led by Chef Manager Marc put on a fantastic display yesterday for VIP guests!

Marc and the team been working tirelessly over the last couple of weeks to pull together a fantastic lunch and dinner service, whilst also running the day to day catering offering for one of our biggest clients. The catering team behind these events are often the unsung heroes and we wanted to take the opportunity to thank the team for all their hard work, pulling off a fantastic event with exceptional food.

A wonderful day for all involved and a successful event. Thank you and well done Marc and the team!

💭Today’s 8 year olds are tomorrows student chefs, entrepreneurs and customers 💭

This morning our development chef Stephen Ferris spoke at an incredibly insightful Belfast Flavours Food & Drink Collective session discussing the importance of food education. It was a fantastic opportunity to hear from an open forum of shared voices, from Lynsey Hollywood’s fascinating research to Suzie Lee Arbuthnot’s ideas and insights as a parent wanting to do more.

We are excited to join with leading industry voices to help improve the nutrition of our future generations here in Northern Ireland!
