Demonstrating what good looks like! Our team took a day out today to prepare for a busy upcoming summer season and to reflect on what we can do to add value to the service we provide our customers!

From on the job training learning about new wasp control kit, ensuring our service reports are of the highest standards as well as making sure our vans are standardised.

We had an excellent day today being assessed by to ensure we are adhering to the highest industry standards! Turns out we’re not the only ones proud of our onboarding stories 👏

We bumped into Dale Seaman at PestEx, and he told me he’d sent his PPC article to his family… who then went and framed it 💚

Dale came into the industry thinking pest control was “just killing a rat and leaving”. Now he’s talking about public health, wildlife protection and responsible rodenticide use.
