Following a call out to survey for suspected bed bugs, flushing products failed to flush these out untill I got the hand held steamer fired up, and bingo! Treatment completed, with a mix of dry steam, residual pesticide and a ulv fogging, job done👊🏻👊🏻

This is an interceptor trap, these were installed in most Victorian drainage systems. The top access point should have a cap on it, this to prevent rats accessing your domestic sewer from the main trunk sewers in the street. They will find any redundant pipe runs that are not capped correctly and find a way under your floor🐀😩.

Attended this property for rodents, client said he had non return valves fitted so it was a waste of time me looking in the drainage system. Lucky for them I had time to waste. I have replaced this chocolate tea pot with my own design stainless steel non return rodent valves. 🦉🦉🦉= no more 🐀🐀
