Sharp, Deep shot to the front wing of this beautiful Mercedes.

The temptation here is to just get behind the dent and push! Yes the dent will probably come out, but it’s seriously risking the paint and the finis would almost certainly be less than 100%.

It takes a lot of patience and slowly easing the dent out whilst constantly addressing crowns and high spots. Also, plenty of heat just to be safe.

The result is the panel returned to a factory finish.

When a previous repair doesn’t quite hit the mark… we put it right 👌

This MINI door came in after an earlier attempt elsewhere left the panel far from factory finish.
Before even touching the dent, the first step was carefully correcting the previous work — restoring the metal back to where it should have been. Only then could the dent be removed properly using PDR techniques.
