‼️ Cancellation Policy ‼️

We’ve had a few last minute cancellations recently so now we have a cancellation policy

As many of my clients know I have always been very lenient when it comes to last minute cancellations as I understand it sometimes can’t be helped! However, being self employed, having bills to pay and a family to provide for it’s really difficult when I get last minute cancellations! I appreciate things come up and sometimes it isn’t our fault! I will always be as accommodating as possible and fit people in where I can and rearrange when I have things come up myself, but for the clients cancelling and not wanting a clean until their following slot this results in a loss for us ✨

Please give as much notice as possible if you cannot make the appointment 😀

A cancellation policy will be sent out to all existing clients by Monday evening and will also be sent to any new clients before confirmation of their slot
