💧 Why does bulk water delivery cost what it does?

It's a question we're often asked, so here’s a quick explanation.

When you hire a water hauler, you're paying for more than just water—you’re paying for the full service that delivers it safely to your home.

Every delivery includes:
🚛 Truck and specialized equipment
⛽ Fuel (around $2.40/L)
💧 Cost of the water itself ($7.92 per cube)
🔧 Maintenance, repairs, and inspections
📋 Insurance, licensing, bulk carrier permit and operating costs
👷 Labour, travel, and delivery time

Water costs have risen significantly, along with fuel and other operating expenses.

Think of it like a restaurant—you’re not just paying for ingredients, but for the staff, equipment, and service that bring the meal to you. Water delivery works the same way.

Please don’t wait until you’re completely out of water to call! Whenever possible, giving us a few days' notice helps us plan our routes and get to everyone as quickly and efficiently as we can.
