💛 What Made Our Aged Care Employee Day So Memorable
Leading up to Aged Care Employee Day, we quietly worked behind the scenes with our clients on something special.
Many of you asked what we sent to our care workers in the mail. Along with a few surprises, one of the most meaningful gifts was a collection of handwritten letters from the people they support every day.
For the week leading up to Aged Care Employee Day, there was so much excitement in the office as we waited for the mail to arrive. Every day the postie would deliver another bundle of heartfelt messages, and we couldn’t wait to read them.
A huge thank you to our wonderful clients who took the time to write these beautiful letters. Your kind words, gratitude, and encouragement meant more than you know and made our care workers feel incredibly valued.
We couldn’t let those special messages be tucked away, so we’ve created an Honour Wall in our office to proudly display them. It lights up our faces every time we walk past and serves as a daily reminder of the difference our team makes.
To our amazing care workers, thank you for everything you do. And to our clients, thank you for helping us celebrate the people who care for you every day. 💛
