An appreciation post for our lovely girls working with us at the moment. Marta and Sabela have been MICE for a few months now and this morning they gave both Kerry and Myself this beautiful card for our birthdays. We think their handrawn picture of us on our bikes is pretty spot on and they also gifted us a breakfast at Peppers.
Both of them work hard and make us laugh every single day, even when it's at Kerrys' expense 😉

Our Christmas drinks hit a little different today. Not only are we celebrating another hard year done and dusted but we are also saying goodbye to 2 of our valuable staff members.
Julie, who has been with us 2 years and has worked long tireless hours is spreading her wings and making a life changing move and we couldn't he prouder of the decision she is making for herself.
And Kristyn, who has been with us nearly 8 years, almost since the beginning is making a career change and you will find her on the other side of the desk, making your holiday reservations!

🗓 Be Flexible. This industry can bring changes at short notice. You must have flexible availability including the occasional Saturday and have good availability in school holidays. Hours are typically 8:30am to 2pm, usually with some later finishes in school holidays 🗓

🕙 Be reliable - Understand that we are a team and being unreliable will impact all of us and how the entire day runs 🕙

📅 This is a very physical job, especially in the heat, so please decide if this is right for you before applying 📅

🤡 Have a sense of humour! 🤡

🌴Island Residents encouraged but open to holiday makers who reside on Maggie also as we love hearing all about you and the stories you bring 🌴

Jemma has been with us for a year and has put in 110% effort, even when she worked a second job. Thankyou for all you've done and for making us laugh every day. You are going to be so missed.
