Greater Reef Cleaning has an exciting opportunity for a Cleaning Supervisor to join our growing team. Due to recent expansion we are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic person to work with us on a Full time basis.
You will be responsible for:
Supervising a cleaning team(s)
Supporting Management on the ground with staff related matters
Effective Leadership including training and mentoring staff.
Administration tasks such as staff rostering, incident reporting etc
Meeting contract cleaning requirements, including adherence to strict time frames.
Liaise with all clients on upcoming cleans
Following WHS guidelines and company policies

To be considered you MUST have the following:

Minimum of 2 years experience in Domestic/Hotel cleaning
Sound knowledge of bond clean requirements is a must
Current Australian drivers licence
Demonstrated capability and experience in leading a team
Ability to delegate tasks and give direction to others
Excellent attention to detail

***This is a hands on role***

Positive, “can do” attitude
MUST be fluent in spoken and written English
MUST be able to PASS a drug and alcohol test if required.
Ability to multitask, work well under pressure and to strict time frames
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Availability to work Monday - Friday
Reliable Car and Drivers License.
A Cover Letter and Resume is required to be considered for the role.

An attractive Salary Package will be discussed with the successful applicant.
