With a surge in new customers daily, buying our house washing products, we are getting the same feedback for House Honey and BBC from them all.
Performance, value, ease of rinsing and lower chlorine usage leaving operators feeling fresh and "uncooked" at the end of the day.

Roof house and concrete clean today in Douglas.

This post is a warning to people thinking about getting your roof cleaned.

Also to new guys who may not be aware of Technical Bulletin 27. TB27 is the cleaning instructions for colourbond products put out by the manufacturer BlueScope.

There are of course numerous dodgy operators that do know, but ignore it anyway. Pressure cleaning should never be done on a roof unless of course its about to be painted.

BUYER BEWARE many so called experts doing roofs and presale cleans are doing damage that the new owners will have to deal with, within 12 months. Chlorine is highly corrosive and causes oxidation, rust and bleaching if too much is used.

A quality repainting of a roof is north of $10000, so before you buy, ask who? and how? it was cleaned.

As always Ultrasoft cleaned this roof with minimal chlorine, low pressure and of course 12 months transferrable warranty for the new owners.

Our latest addition to the Ultrasoft Group family is Brendan Wright of Shire Surface Solutions in Southern Sydney. (that's a lot of esheshs 😆)

We've been talking over the last month or so, to see if we are a good fit for each other. After following us on Facebook and watching our video's he contacted us last month. When Brendan found out our history with Softwash North Queensland as a former customer, he understood the quality of our products, knowledge and our commitment to responsible chemistry.

Brendan will be servicing southern suburbs of Sydney. If you or any friends or relatives need any house washing or pressure cleaning services give Brendan a call.

We don't just let anyone join the group, we've had people wanting to use x-jets and blend manifold type systems, which go against our low chlorine - low pressure ethos.

We are slowly but surely expanding our footprint across Australia. We now have Licensee's & Operators servicing the following regions.

Port Douglas, Atherton, Mareeba, Cairns, Innisfail, Mission Beach, Ingham, Townsville, Ayr, The Burdekin, Newcastle, Hunter Valley and Southern Sydney. Melbourne in the works.

Annual fees are very manageable and territories are large, allowing for growth into fleet type operations.

Its not "just about soap". Ultrasoft is a system, encompassing knowledge, technique and understanding of organisms, chemistry, marketing and commitment to our customers, which always takes priority.
