As we head into the long weekend, it’s a great time to slow down, spend time with family, and enjoy a well-earned break.
A couple of reminders over the Easter period:

• Avoid putting anything down the drain that shouldn’t be there

With an established customer base and continual growth, we seek a Service Technician to join our professional and successful team.
As a Service Technician, you will
• Arrange weekly / monthly schedule of services
• Assist in managing and learning to troubleshoot breakdowns
• Providing professional workmanship and customer service
• Working close with the Administration Team
• Assist in completing repairs and troubleshooting of onsite Wastewater Treatment systems and Irrigation areas
A Manual Service Vehicle with test equipment, mobile phone and Council compliant Field Service Reporting platform is provided.

We understand you may be experiencing difficulties during these power outages. Our team is available to assist with any questions you may have.
For those without power, here are some helpful answers to common questions we are receiving:
1. What if I don’t have power?
A generator can be connected to the pump lead, allowing the effluent to be pumped out and enabling you, the homeowner, to use the system.
2. How long will my system run without power?
Bacteria can survive a short time without air. When the power is restored, there might be a bad smell, but it will dissipate when the air returns.
3. I have a CODE 3.
With a CODE 3, there will be approximately 1000l of safe storage.
4. I have a CODE 5.
Please call the breakdown phone number located on the front of your box at
0419 541 799.
5. How do I mute the alarm?
Go to the control panel, remove the lid (using the two grey k***s), and locate and press the mute alarm button.
