Before and after on this soft wash job. That black streaking and grime buildup on the render is mould, algae and airborne dirt that’s been building up for months. Winter is prime growing season for it, the cooler temps, condensation and lack of direct sun on shaded elevations create the perfect damp environment for mould and algae to take hold.

A soft wash treats the surface rather than just blasting it, so we’re actually killing the mould at the source, not just knocking off what’s visible. That’s why the results hold longer than a straight pressure clean.

Solar panels covered in droppings, roof space packed with nesting debris and mess building up under the array every week.

Full pigeon proofing job, washed the roof and panels, vacuumed out all the debris, flushed the gutters, then installed mesh proofing around the entire array to stop birds getting back underneath.

No more mess, no more panel efficiency loss, no more cleanup every few months.
