or otherwise, contained in this website. Sale & Purchase
A-1 Your placement of an order with us (“Order”) constitutes an offer by you to purchase goods from us on these terms. The Order is placed when it is submitted to us. B-1 The Order is accepted only when we notify you that we accept your Order. For example, we might notify you that we accept your Order by sending you an e-mail stating this or displaying a confirmation on our website. Delivery of goods constitutes notice of our acceptance of the order. C-1 In the event that a product is out of stock or no longer available Adore Cleaning Products reserves the right to supply a similar product as a substitute item at a similar price. Prices
A-2 Prices displayed on this website are RETAIL PRICES ONLY. Business accounts are available, when logged into a business account all prices will be automatically reduced further. All goods are sold subject to goods & services tax (GST) of 10% unless the goods are classified as GST. C-2 The prices quoted in our website is for the current day of delivery of the Goods. Prices do not include any delivery or administrative surcharges (if applicable). D-2 Adore Cleaning Products may change any prices without notice and you agree to pay any such adjusted price, including corrections and omissions. E-2 has the Adore Cleaning Products right to impose administrative fees for orders under certain dollar values. Payment
A-3 Payments will only be accepted via our payment gateway, cash, business cheque, EFT (electronic funds transfer). B-3 If any account is in dispute, the undisputed portion of the account will be payable in accordance with the normal terms of payment as provided in Condition A-4. Payment of the disputed portion may be withheld provided the matter is brought to Adore Cleaning Products attention in writing setting out the particulars of the dispute and sent to Adore Cleaning Products within 14 days of the dispute arising. C-3 We reserve the right to suspend the delivery of further goods if the terms of payment are not strictly adhered to by you. D-3 Any expenses, costs or disbursements incurred by us in recovering any outstanding monies including debt collection agency fees or solicitor’s costs will be paid by you. Delivery
A-4 We will deliver the Goods to the address stated in the Order or as agreed by us in writing. Adore Cleaning Products reserves the right to charge for delivery of the Goods at any time, notwithstanding that it may not have previously done so. B-4 We will not be responsible for any part delivery or delay in delivery of the Goods. We will not be in any way responsible for any consequences (direct or indirect) arising from such delay or non-delivery. C-4 We will be entitled to charge for and recover from you on demand all costs or loss caused by:
D-4 1 Failure by you to collect or take delivery of the Goods (as the case maybe) as and when agreed to. E-4.2 Any such costs or loss will include (but not be limited to) the cost of storage, labour, transportation and administration costs. Return of Goods
A-5 The Goods come with guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law. B-5 Except where the Australian Consumer Law permits you to reject the Goods, Adore Cleaning Products will not accept the return of the Goods for credit or exchange of goods unless Adore Cleaning Products agrees to accept the return of the Goods in writing. Return of the Goods will only be accepted for credit within 14 days of delivery, unless due to our error. Return freight will be at our cost only when the error is on our part. C-5 No returned Goods will be accepted by us (even if we agree to do so) if they have been tampered with or used and cannot be resold as new.
