We would like to thank our loyal customers for their continued support. Recently, an anonymous post appeared in a local group page, where many of our clients are based.

The post, which was intended as a warning about an unpleasant experience, mentioned Luxe Cleaning & Styling, which was an error that put our reputation at risk. However, we had not provided a quote nor attended the property to complete any work.

Our loyal customers, family, and friends alerted us to the post, recognizing that it did not align with our quality or reputation. We appreciate their defense of our business and clarification that this is not a service we provide.

The original poster who remains anonymously , subsequently corrected their post with it being infact a carpet cleaning company upon realizing the potential damage to our reputation this was resolved.
