WE’RE HIRING — RELIABLE CLEANERS WANTED
Kym & Co Cleaning is growing, and we’re looking for dependable, motivated people to join our team across Brisbane and surrounding areas.
You do not need years of cleaning experience to apply.
We can teach you our cleaning systems, products, procedures, residential standards and post-build methods.
What we cannot teach is reliability, work ethic, attitude and the willingness to learn.
We’re looking for someone who:
• Is genuinely available on the days they commit to work
• Turns up when they say they will
• Has a current driver’s licence and a reliable vehicle
• Is physically capable of residential and post-build cleaning
• Is willing to obtain a White Card if they don’t already have one
• Is eager to learn and takes direction well
• Is coachable, positive and open to feedback
• Is comfortable following Kym & Co Cleaning systems and procedures
• Takes pride in doing a job properly
• Communicates professionally and reliably
• Wants consistent work and the opportunity to grow with a professional cleaning company
Previous cleaning experience is welcome, but it is not essential.
We would rather train the right person with a great attitude than hire someone experienced who isn’t reliable or willing to follow our systems.
Kym & Co Cleaning provides both premium recurring residential home care and professional post-build/handover cleaning throughout Brisbane and surrounding areas.
We provide the systems, training and support.
You bring the reliability, work ethic and willingness to learn.
