The School Business Managers Association Queensland State Conference once again proved why it’s one of Queensland’s leading events for the education sector, bringing together around 600 school business professionals from across the state.

Thank you to everyone who stopped by the Multhana booth for a yarn. We know conference schedules are full, and we genuinely appreciate the opportunity to connect, exchange ideas and discuss how we can help create safer, cleaner and better-maintained learning environments.

We’re grateful for the new connections made and look forward to working with more schools in the future.

School's back, and our Building Services team didn't waste a minute over the holidays. While classrooms were quiet, we were busy delivering projects to help schools prepare for a successful start to Term 3.

One of the highlights was delivering a new yarning circle at Mount Cotton State School

Complete with a bush tucker garden and native planting, the space creates opportunities for cultural learning, environmental education and meaningful connection, while providing students with a welcoming place to gather, share and learn together.

A huge thank you to our team for another successful school holiday delivery. We're proud to partner with Queensland schools to create safe, functional and culturally inclusive spaces that make a lasting difference.

Whether you're planning a yarning circle, refurbishment or other minor works, our team is here to help deliver projects safely, efficiently and with minimal disruption.

National NAIDOC Week is about celebrating culture, connection and community, and we're proud to lend a hand where we can. As part of our commitment to the community, our cleaning team is helping keep the Musgrave Park Family Fun Day clean, safe and welcoming during the busiest hours of the event.

It's a small contribution, but one we're proud to make. Thank you to our team for representing Multhana and contributing to such an important community celebration.

We're proud to be part of initiatives that bring people together and celebrate the rich cultures, histories and achievements of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.

🖤💛❤️ Celebrating NAIDOC Week 2026 🖤💛❤️

This year's theme, "The Next Generation: Strength, Vision & Legacy," resonates deeply with us at Multhana.

As a Supply Nation-certified, Indigenous-owned business, our purpose goes beyond delivering commercial cleaning, landscaping and building services. Every project we undertake is an opportunity to create employment, develop skills, strengthen communities and help build a legacy for future generations.

Over the past year, we've had the privilege of creating spaces that bring people together, from Yarning Circles in schools and workplaces to delivering cleaning services on major infrastructure projects. These projects remind us that the work we do today helps create deadly opportunities for the next generation.

Thank you to our employees, clients and partners who continue to walk alongside us on this journey.

Follow National NAIDOC and join us in celebrating the strength, vision and legacy of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.

A lot of work went into this yarning circle at Meandu Mine and we're proud of the result.

Recently completed for BUMA Australia, the project brought together basalt, sandstone and granite landscape elements, custom Ironbark and Eucalypt seating, and a selection of native species to create a space for connection, conversation and reflection.

Our team put a lot of care into every stage of the project, going above and beyond to create a space workers will genuinely enjoy for years to come. The finished yarning circle reflects both the natural environment and the mining landscape, creating a place that feels connected to Country and unique to the Meandu Mine site.

A great effort from everyone involved.

Albert Street Station is rapidly becoming a new feature of the Brisbane skyline, with cladding and skylights now being installed on the station canopy.

While the visible progress is exciting, a project of this scale relies on hundreds of people working behind the scenes every day. At Albert Street, Multhana delivers cleaning services across site offices, crib rooms, amenities and tunnel environments, helping maintain safe, hygienic and functional spaces for the workforce.

As an Indigenous-owned business, we're also contribute to the project's social procurement objectives and help bring its RAP commitments to life through genuine Indigenous participation.

It's exciting to see one of Brisbane's most significant infrastructure projects taking shape, and we're proud to play a role in supporting its delivery.
