Fresh Laundry St. Francis Bay: Operations will resume as soon as power is restored.
At this stage we have no timeframe when that will be.
We will then resume our shift patterns to process orders.
Due to the current power disruption from the devestating fires, some orders will not be completed by the required due dates.
We can receive new orders which will be attended to as soon as possible once back in operation but we can not provide any time frame but we will provide feedback on status until completion.
For holiday homes, we will make arrangements with you to allow us access to drop off.
No express checkouts until further notice.

Dear Fresh Laundry Customer, we have no electricity in St. Francis due to major fires around us and damages to power supply. No timeframe provided. Unfortunately we also affected and have to close shop and sent staff home. This means some orders will not be ready by expected due dates. We will do our best but this is circumstances out of our control. Thank You Natachia

We’re getting our machines and elves ready 🧤 but need your help! 👼

👉 Please pre-book your laundry dates for December & January now so we can plan ahead and keep your clothes fresh all season long. 👗👕👘

Or make use of the Booking App (Clean Cloud available on Play store search for Fresh Start). This way you stay informed and will be notified to collect/when drop off is schedule, that way we have you covered all the way (No public nakedness due to dirty laundry!)

Please note: Normal Business Hours at both shops 08:00-17:00
Saturdays and Public Holidays In season : 08:00-13:00
