1. Vilux Cleaning cannot guarantee all stains will be removed
2. Any stains that comes back needs to be reported in 3 working days
3. Payment must be made before Vilux Cleaning leaves the premises
4. Any promotions run has a minimum limit of R1,000 before callout fee
5. Quotations are only valid for the time specified (if applicable)
6. Before and after pictures are references of previous clients we had and should not be taken as guaranteed results. Each client is different.
7. Any damages occurred during the cleaning process is not the responsibility of Vilux Cleaning. All appointments are by own risks of clients


REFUND POLICY:

Vilux Cleaning does not issue refunds. Any clients automatically agrees to Vilux Cleaning Terms and Conditions once an appointment has been made.
