We are looking for a reliable, trustworthy and professional Supervisor to join a growing service-based company.
This is a position of responsibility and the successful candidate will be required to supervise staff, manage daily operations and represent the company professionally when dealing with clients.
✅ REQUIREMENTS
• Male or Female – 25 years or older
• Valid Driver’s Licence
• Clean Criminal Record
• Reside in Durbanville or surrounding areas
• Sober habits
• Non-smoker 🚭
• Previous supervisory/staff management experience
• Excellent time management and organisational skills
• Reliable, punctual and trustworthy
• Professional, neat and presentable
• Excellent communication skills in English & Afrikaans
• Good client-service skills
• Able to work independently and take responsibility
• Able to manage staff professionally and handle difficult situations calmly
• Physically fit and willing to assist with operational duties when required
• Smartphone/WhatsApp proficiency
• Contactable references required
