Multi-Clean Services incorporating Multi-Master Property Maintenance, is a franchised business. The Franchisor, Mr Adam Mesham, started the business 24 years ago, when a gap in the market was identified for a Carpet and Upholstery Cleaning business for both the domestic and commercial market. Through this business, it was realised that the South African consumer demanded a better level of service
– a company they could depend on and complete the work requested in a professional manner. The module was so successful, that it was decided to expand into a franchised business, as it was felt that we could empower entrepreneurs but offer a support system based on a successful formula. Over the years, demand grew to expand into a comprehensive property cleaning and maintenance business. Our branding is very strong – we pride ourselves on being totally service driven, reliable and professional. Although each franchise is individually owned and operated, they remain fully accountable to the franchise, our partners and other franchisees, giving the client total peace of mind.
