COMMUNICATION

For any relationship to work, we to talk about it. talk about everything be it good or bad.
like wise you are in someones home, dont be scared as hard as it may be for most of as ENGILSH is not our first language hence it becomes so difficult to experse ourselves.
Be yourself, act natural, camlness and honest helps.
From my employer understanding, patiances and tolarance helps.
WITH COMMUNICATION comes respect, loyalty, honesty, calmness and trust though trust is earned.😉

My Classes will based on one on one interactions with the class, for better understanding to those who can read and write and to those who can not.
We all can work or should i say we can labor because we have TO, but we miss the concept of house cleaning, effeitive and efficient work.
After the classes im offering a CV, a certificate and an advertisement on my page and website.
on my website are going to be all the lesson plan and my lessons so that we all have an idea of my aim.

If l im to be asked of the things i have learned over the passed 7years i have been a domestic worker it has been so amaizing, i have had my ups and downs, i have been so happy and cried a lot along the way but most of all a have grown, watched kids grow from babies to boys, from boys to men, from girls to woman and these are some of the memories i keep with me for ever.
Im so blessed becouse the families that i work for had and have always been so nice, patiant, understanding and wish nothing less for me but to be the best. do not forget it all comes at a price, hardwork, loyalty, honest, respect and communication.

Im so blessed to be saying im opening some classes to teach my freinds how best to be a domestic worker, though my on experience and of others
Im going to try and be the go between employer and employee so that we can have a better understanding and we will manage to keep our jobs and workers.

hope we shall have a wonderfull jounry to togther, im so lookig forward to this.
