Yesterday’s emergency water break that the crew cranked out!! Changed out 2 broken services located under a front porch. The engcon making easy work of a challenging location. Another happy customer with limited disruption and down time. Thank you to a great crew that just kept plugging away despite a completely flooded basement!

Phase one of our multi phase drainage project. We removed the existing 12” drainage pipe that was clogged solid with roots. We found two different sections of roots that we removed totaling 78’ long. We installed 140’ of 16” drainage pipe connected into the manhole and ran it down to the retention pond with a new spill way and completed it with rip rap.

Another project completed and another happy customer. This projected consisted of rebuilding the existing wall the proper way, extending the length of the wall so it actually supports the driveway. We then excavated out all the unsuitable material that was used for the original driveway and disposed of. We trucked in 60 tons of dense grade coming back up to grade and our friends at Pioneer Sealcoat completed the job by paving a new driveway.

Another project we finished up, we removed the existing deck, installed (2) 8’ granite steps and a 8’ long by 3’ landing. This changed the layout by now walking out to a new patio that is at grade with the rest of the back yard. Another happy customer.

Early this week we completed this new utility connection with a new 6” sewer connection and a 1” copper water connection in the town of Spencer.

Photo drop from just the past week. The crews have been out straight 💪🏻 mow crews have been delivering day in and day out, the trucking team has been out straight hauling material, the constructions crews have bounced around dealing with a water break to a sewer break to a scheduled rebuild of a retaining wall and driveway. Let’s not forget the secret behind it all our office manager keeping everything in line and flowing efficiently and effectively!! Couldn’t ask for a better harder working crew than the team here at V.I.P.
