When you try to save money and hire the wrong company this is what you get!
This is also the 1st time I’ve ever seen 1-1/2 cast iron pipe.
Code is 2” through the roof.
This guy used (type m) for the water line’s supposed to be (type L)
Vent tied in below flood level rim.
Double TY on its side
2” street 90

This guy could’ve done this the correct way with less fittings and would’ve saved money.

Also No permit (obviously) guy said he was licensed.

I will be pulling a permit and fixing this disaster this Saturday.

Changed out my Mother in-laws old oil fired hot air furnace to a new high efficiency propane furnace. The oil tank was original to the house and the oil company just filled the tank and it started a small leak. Oil company quoted her 4k to replace just the oil tank.
I talked her into just upgrading to. High efficiency system to help her save $ and get rid of the over priced oil.
