Running a business means there are a lot of moving pieces behind the scenes—and she’s the one making sure everything comes together seamlessly.
From leading our team in the field to setting the standard for quality on every clean, she truly does it all. She checks in with our technicians, makes sure every home is cleaned to our expectations, and steps in wherever needed without hesitation. Whether it’s training new team members, troubleshooting on the spot, or making sure we stay on schedule, she keeps everything moving.
She’s also the bridge between me and the team—helping communicate expectations, keeping morale high, and making sure everyone feels supported and confident in their work. On days when I can’t be everywhere at once, I know I don’t have to be… because she’s already handling it.
Her attention to detail, leadership, and consistency are a huge part of what makes our company what it is. Our clients may not always see everything she does behind the scenes, but we feel it every single day.
