🚋🫧 **TROLLEY LAUNDRY IS MOVING — JUST 2 MILES AWAY!** 🫧🚋

**We’re moving, NOT closing! ❤️**

For 45 years, Trolley Laundry has been a part of the Trolley Square community, and for the past five years, Tom and I have been incredibly proud to call it ours.

When we purchased Trolley Laundry, we set out to revitalize it — investing in new equipment, improving the laundromat and, most importantly, becoming part of the community it serves.

What we didn't expect was just how much you — our customers, neighbors and friends — would come to mean to us. ❤️

Our landlord has decided not to renew our lease, so Trolley Laundry must leave its longtime Trolley Square location.

But here's the good news:

TROLLEY LAUNDRY ISN'T GOING AWAY!

We're simply moving 2 miles down the road:

📍 3604 D Lancaster Pike, Wilmington, DE
📞 302-654-3538
🕢 Sun–Sat: 7:30 a.m.–8:30 p.m.
🧺 Last Wash: 7:00 p.m.

We're next to Pat's Pizza and across from Feby's Fishery.

And when we say we're bringing Trolley Laundry with us, we mean it!

🫧 Our newer equipment is coming with us.
🫧 The familiar staff you know is coming with us.
🫧 You'll meet some friendly faces from our Lancaster Pike location.
🫧 And our new home has EVEN MORE ROOM!

And we have to give a very special shout-out to our Manager, Sharon Morris. ❤️

Many of you knew Sharon before you knew us! Sharon was already working at Trolley Laundry when we purchased it five years ago, and she has been an incredibly important part of Trolley throughout our ownership.

Sharon is coming with us!

She knows our customers, she knows this community, and she has helped make Trolley Laundry the welcoming place it is today. We couldn't imagine making this move without her.

The hardest part about leaving Trolley Square isn't leaving the building. It's the thought of losing the connection we've built with all of you.

So we're asking you to come with us.

Trolley Laundry is still here.
Tom & Lydia are still here.
Sharon is still here.
Our team is still here.
And there will always be room for you. ❤️

We're only *2 short miles away*, with more space and the same people who have been taking care of your laundry.

Thank you for supporting our family business, trusting us with your laundry, recommending us to your friends and neighbors, and making these past five years so special.

This isn't goodbye to Trolley Laundry. It's just a new address. 🚋🫧❤️

We can't wait to welcome you!

We’re taking a moment away from laundry to share something deeply personal and incredibly meaningful. ❤️🇵🇷

The proud owner of Lydia’s Laundry and Trolley Laundry has been nominated for the Delaware Hispanic Chamber of Commerce’s Best Hispanic Real Estate Agent Award!

This recognition is especially meaningful because the nominations come from clients and community members, and the winner is selected through community voting—even from supporters outside Delaware.

To whoever took the time to submit the nomination: thank you, from the bottom of our hearts.

The past couple of years—and this past year in particular—have brought significant medical challenges, procedures, surgery, recovery, pain and exhaustion. Even on the most difficult days, she continued showing up for her clients, her family, her businesses and the Wilmington community.

She may not always have been able to give 100%, but she always gave 100% of what she had.

As a proud Puerto Rican woman and Wilmington business owner, this nomination carries an even deeper meaning. 🇵🇷 The values instilled by her Puerto Rican roots—perseverance, family, hard work, warmth and finding a way forward when the road is difficult—shape everything she does, from serving real estate clients to caring for the customers and neighborhoods surrounding Lydia’s Laundry and Trolley Laundry.

Knowing that someone in the community saw something worthy of recognition during a time when she was quietly fighting some very difficult battles means more than words can express.

Whether or not she ultimately receives the award, this nomination is already a tremendous honor and a beautiful reminder that continuing to show up matters.

To the person or people who nominated her, to every real estate client who placed their trust in her, and to every customer and community member who has supported Lydia’s Laundry and Trolley Laundry along the way:

Gracias, de todo corazón. ❤️

We are incredibly grateful, deeply humbled and very, very proud. 🇵🇷
