We serve Raleigh, Apex, Wendell, Knightdale, Willow Spring, and Fuquay-Varina with unmatched residential garbage and recycling service

Oakley Sanitation provides trash pickup, bulk pickup, and recycling services to the Wake and Johnston, NC counties.

Why come home to trash cans laying in your driveway, trash all over the neighborhood, and oil spots all over your roads from broken trucks? This is what it should look like when we leave your street. We don't think anyone should have to lower their expectations.

10/14/2026

We've had one truck fire from this before, but luckily our team was able to save the truck. Please make sure to keep lithium batteries out of the trash, as it's extremely easy to burn one of our trucks down!

🌿 Yard Debris Pickup is coming to Oakley Sanitation!

We’re launching a simple new option for customers who need help getting rid of leaves, grass clippings, and other bagged yard debris.

And we wanted to keep it simple:

No subscription. No monthly fee.

🍂 Yard debris bags: $4 each
🚛 Pickup: $8 whenever you request one

Before each scheduled collection, we’ll send a reminder. Need us that month? Let us know and we’ll put you on the route. Don’t need us? No pickup fee.

***Have a larger leaf cleanup instead? We’re also able to arrange leaf pile removal with a vacuum truck for customers who would rather have loose leaves collected directly from the curb. Pricing for leaf-pile removal will vary based on the size of the pile and location.***

Service is subject to availability in your area, so contact us to see whether your address is currently included.

If there’s enough interest, we’re hoping to make this a long-term addition to the services we offer our customers.

Just a reminder in case you didnt get the text/call we'll be a day behind for labor day this week. Hope everyone had a great long weekend!

We are currently looking for a new route helper. If anyone has a student out for the summer, we'd love to hire someone on a seasonal basis that can turn into a permanent position if everyone is happy with the job and performance. Starting pay is 18/hr ~40 hours per week with occasional overtime.

05/25/2026

Just so nobody is concerned, if you missed the call and text, we will be on a one day delay all week. This includes the Friday route, so if that's you, have them out friday night for Saturday pickup. Thanks, and have a great week!

Oakley Sanitation is looking for a new helper! We'd love to hear from you if you know anyone 18 and up that might need a job with plenty of growth potential and great pay. Feel free to reach out to the office number or message us on here. Thanks!

If you aren't receiving our text updates and reminders about your service day, please let us know! After almost 9 years, we are able to start doing things like text reminders because so many of you have chosen to trust us with your garbage service. You guys are awesome, and we can't thank you enough! If anyone has any other suggestions on how we can make your life easier, please let us know. As we said a few months ago, we are adding more layers of things to make life easier for you, and if you have any ideas, we'd love to hear them!

If your cans are smelly, give these guys a call!

❄️ The weather may be frightful, but your trash cans don’t have to be. 🗑️
With an ice storm on the way, now’s a great time to get those bins cleaned and sanitized before the mess freezes in.

We handle the dirty work so you don’t have to.
